Over the last ten years, more than 5,700 new homes have been built in Knowsley and of these, 1,500 are affordable properties. This increasing choice and provision is being supported with significant developer and Council contributions to enhance local facilities and services.

There are currently 17 new housing developments that are progressing across the Borough offering a broad range of homes to suit all styles, size and budget. They are:

Wilbury Park (Miller Homes), Higher Road, Halewood, L26 9TX offering a range of 3 and 4 bedroom semi-detached and detached homes.

Grace Fields at Hilton Grange (Redrow Homes), Greensbridge Lane, Halewood, L26 6LE offering 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes as part of Redrow’s Heritage Collection.

The Finches at Hilton Grange (Redrow Homes), Lower Road, Halewood, L26 3UE offering 3 and 4 bedroom homes as part of Redrow’s Heritage Collection.

Plummers Meadow (Bellway), Halewood, L26 6LE offering 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes that will appeal to first time buyers, families and commuters.

Halewood Oaks (Bellway), Halewood, L26 0TY offering a range of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes.

Arncliffe Gardens Extra Care Housing (Plus Dane), Arncliffe Road, Halewood, L25 9PB offering one and two bedroom properties with onsite care staff 24/7.

Canterbury Park (Keepmoat), Princess Drive, Huyton, L14 9NQ offering 2-4 bedroom terraced, semi-detached and detached homes.

Earlsfield Park (Bellway), Huyton, L36 9HW offering 3 and 4 bedroom homes.

Watch Factory Phase 2 (Livv Housing Group), Prescot offering a mix of affordable rent, shared ownership, rent to buy and older people’s accommodation.

Orchard Park (Taylor Wimpey), Liverpool Road, Prescot, L34 3LX offering 3 and 4 bedroom homes.

All of these new developments secure financial contributions from developers for the local area. This has meant an additional £28m being invested locally from Section 106 Agreements (developer contributions) which is used to fund improvements to healthcare facilities, transport, nursery and primary school places, highways works and new or improvements to public open spaces.
