There are a range of agencies that can provide support to help you to budget better. These include:-

  • All residents can visit Livv Housing Group (previously Knowsley Housing Trust) online Money advice hub to find local support including advice on employment, training, managing debt, health and wellbeing, furniture, getting online and claiming Universal Credit.
  • Citizens Advice Knowsley or call 0808 278 7839 – they will work with you to find a solution to your debt issues. Online self-referral is also available here.
  • Knowsley charity the Big Help Project offer the Jubilee Debt Advice service to support people with their debt issues. Contact them via the online form or call 0151 482 6089.
  • Based in ForHousing but open to all, TESS offers housing related support, including benefit checks and claims, budgeting and debt advice. Call 0151 949 5050 Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

Online money advice is available through a number of national organisations. The advice is confidential and free.
