Participants achieved a variety of learning outcomes including improved awareness of personal strengths and talents, improved confidence (in social situations and when using public transport), better team working, understanding the value of money, improved understanding of roles in society, jobs and employment opportunities, improved skills around job searches, developing a CV and interview techniques.

All participants have requested to continue their learning and have enrolled on to the next BIG Pathway and / or Managing My Money programme. In addition, a group of participants have set up a small social enterprise aimed at providing training workshops for health and social care staff in producing accessible ‘easy read’ information.
