A 12-week programme to encourage those who don’t exercise or haven’t exercised for a while.
Fighting Fit Amateur Boxing Club ran 3 classes (under 11’s, ladies and mens) – each over a 12 week period. The sessions targeted people who don’t ordinarily exercise or those who were returning following periods of illness or injury.
A 12 week programme is offered to participants and 80% has successfully completed three 12 week sessions. Funding was used for room hire and equipment (boxing gloves).
